DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) – A dedication ceremony was held Wednesday at the Daniel J. Curran place, the former NCR headquarters on South Patterson Boulevard. The building now houses the new University of Dayton Research Institute.

Curran, former UD President, says he is deeply honored by the recognition.

“It’s special, and a year ago I couldn’t come here. I couldn’t even do a Skype interview a year ago, so I’m happy,” Curran said.

He served as the university’s President from 2002 until his retirement in 2016.
