DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) – A 38-year-old man pleaded “not guilty” today for the kidnapping and rape of a 21-year-old woman back in July.

A judge set Darrion Oliver’s bond at $250,000.

He faces two counts of Rape and one count of Kidnapping for Sexual Activity.

Police say he offered to drive the victim home after a concert at Oddbody’s on Burkhardt Road on July 15, but instead drove her to a home on Gondert Avenue where he sexually assaulted her.

The victim was eventually able to get a ride home from someone else, where she then called 911.
