The Montgomery County Prosecuting Attorney said Tuesday 35-year-old Lance Irvin has been indicted for the shooting death of Jesse Redavide on November 14, 2017.

Redavide visited friends at his brother’s house in Dayton when Irvin came arrived and started an argument, according to a press release from the Montgomery County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office.

Witnesses said Irvin left and then came back to the house 30 minutes later with a gun and shot Redavide.

The Montgomery County Grand Jury indicted Irvin on two counts of murder, one count of felonious assault with a deadly weapon, one count of felonious assault causing serious and physical harm and one count tampering with evidence.

Irvin is currently being held on a $1,000,000 bond and is in the Montgomery County Jail.

Irvin is scheduled to be arraigned Tuesday, April 24.
