DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) – Dayton City Commissioners are looking to replace RoShawn Winburn at the Minority Business Center.

Winburn is on unpaid administrative leave following a federal indictment handed down last month.

At the City Commissioners’ meeting Wednesday, Mayor Whaley says a recent hire made is just a stop gap as they continue to search for a replacement.

“We’re trying to make sure that we can service minority business companies and make sure that we have that ability to move forward,” she said.

The Ohio Development Agency is now providing assistance for the organization.
