Darke Co. native to compete on ‘Project Runway’

Local News

DARKE COUNTY, Ohio (WDTN) – A Darke County native will put her fashion skills to the test on national TV during Project Runway’s upcoming season.

Tessa Clark, who was raised in Greenville, will compete with 15 other designers for a $250,000 grand prize.

The Bravo show’s 17th season will premiere on March 14.

Our partners at the Greenville Daily Advocate report that Clark received her bachelor’s degree in fashion design from DAAP of the University of Cincinnati before embarking on her professional career.

She created her womenswear line “Grind and Glaze” as a tribute to the most influential people in her life.

She describes her aesthetic as minimal, elevated casual-wear and unrefined luxury.
