DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) — Crews worked quickly to put out a vacant house fire in Dayton early Monday morning.

Firefighters responded to reports of a fire at a house on McClain Street just after 12:30 a.m. Monday.

Authorities say crews found an active fire when they arrived, but knocked it down quickly.

According to authorities, the house was vacant.

There were no injuries.

The cause of the fire is under investigation.
