RIVERSIDE, Ohio (WDTN) – Emergency crews were called out near a residence in Riverside for a potential water rescue Friday night that turned out to be a false alarm.

Huber Heights officers and the Riverside Fire Department, among other agencies, responded to a body of water in the 4600 block of Brandt Pike.

Officials say that after a thorough search, nothing suspicious was found in the water. They did not say what prompted the call.
