Video is from a fire at a vacant house fire Oct. 12

DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) — Crews were on the scene of a commercial building fire in Dayton.

According to Montgomery County Regional Dispatch, the call for a fire at a two-story commercial building on North Main Street came in at 8:31 a.m.

District Fire Chief Matt McClain with the Dayton Fire Department reported that crews were in the area and responded quickly.

The fire was located at the back of the building where a small awning was engulfed. Crews quickly extinguished the fire and searched the building.

The building was found to be vacant and unoccupied. No one was injured.
