The Ohio Department of Public Safety released the crash report from the van stuck under a box truck on interstate 75 NB between Third Street and Main Street Monday, April 23.
2 NEWS obtained a copy of the crash report Thursday.
The crash report shows a truck was following the van too closely which caused the van to get stuck under a box truck on I-75.
The crash report also indicates that wet road conditions could have been a factor in this crash.
Police responded to the crash scene at around 5:00 p.m. Monday on I-75 northbound between Third Street and Main Street.
The highway was shut down for several hours Monday night.
We’re still working to learn more about the condition of the people inside of that van.
