An annual event will celebrate creativity in downtown Dayton.
The 7th annual Crafty-Con begins Friday night. It’s Dayton’s annual craft convention.
Friday’s event will be held at the Yellow Cab Tavern on Fourth Street from 5-11 p.m.
More than 20 local artisan vendors will be there, as well as demos, a food truck, craft beer and more.
Organizers say there’s something at Crafty-Con for everyone.
“One of a kind, unique presents, gifts, things for your home, things for your offices, things for your kids, your dogs, just about everybody,” Crafty-Con committee member Gail Daffler said.
Admission is free.
Organizers of Crafty-Con will also sell t-shirts to benefit “Sideshow 13”, a local art performance showcase happening this summer.
