DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) — The City of Dayton wants your feedback on a variety of issues.
Nearly 10,000 surveys have been mailed to homes in the city, with the first of those arriving Wednesday.
City officials say residents were selected at random to take part in the survey.
It will come in an envelope showing the City of Dayton logo and the words “Your Copy of Dayton Survey Inside.”
The survey consists of approximately 60 questions, covering a broad assortment of city services, programs and priorities.
The paper survey will come in the mail. It can be filled out by and and returned using a postage-paid envelope provided. The deadline to return the survey is June 7th.
“Participation is key to making the Dayton Survey a success,” said Mayor Nan Whaley. “We encourage residents to make their voices heard by completing the Survey at home or online.”
People can also choose to complete the survey online at www.daytonsurvey.org by using the unique personal identification number provided in the mailed survey.
Participation in the survey is anonymous.
People who don’t receive a survey in the mail can still fill one out online, beginning June 10th at www.daytonsurvey.org.
The City of Dayton has surveyed residents for more than three decades.
