Body found in Yellow Springs identified as man missing since February

YELLOW SPRINGS, Ohio (WDTN) – A body found in the woods in Yellow Springs has been identified as a man last seen in February.

Police said 26-year-old Leonid Clark from Yellow Springs was found dead in the woods along Grinnel Drive near the Little Miami River April 12.

The body was reported to authorities by a hiker.

Greene County Deputies and Yellow Springs police located Clark’s body and said it appeared to have been there for some time.

The Greene County Coroner’s Office performed an autopsy and identified the body on April 13.

The cause of death will be determined by the Greene County Coroner’s Office.
