DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) – The Dayton Society of Artists held the opening of its regional show, allowing local artists to showcase their work for the public.
More than 40 pieces were on display and almost all were handmade in the Miami Valley.
“We’re all about fine artists. We can even do installations and even performance art. The art scene in Dayton is strong, it’s well, and we’re just thrilled to be a part of it,” says Amanda Grieve, Gallery Director for Dayton Society of Artists.
The Dayton Society of Artists is celebrating its 80th anniversary this year.
