All lanes of I-675 SB reopen after crash involving ODOT salt truck

CENTERVILLE, Ohio (WDTN) — An ODOT salt truck was involved in a crash in Centerville Friday morning.

The crash happened just after 5:30 a.m. Friday on I-675 southbound near Wilmington Pike.

The Ohio State Highway Patrol says an ODOT salt truck was making a turn when a car rear-ended the truck.

The driver of the ODOT vehicle was taken to Miami Valley Hospital with reported minor injures.

The driver of the car was taken to an area hospital with reported non-life threatening injuries..

The Ohio State Highway Patrol shut down the left two lanes of I-675 SB due to the crash. All lanes reopened by 8 a.m. Friday.

The cause of the crash is under investigation.
