DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) – A man accused of shooting three people outside a Huber Heights bar last week was arraigned in court Monday.

Michael Prater is pleading not guilty to four counts of felonious assault with serious harm and four counts of felonious assault with a deadly weapon.

His bond has been set at $250,000.
Prater will appear in court again on May 23 at 1 pm.
