SHELBY COUNTY, Ohio (WDTN) – Nearly $100,000 worth of marijuana was seized in Shelby County.
It was found on August 8 at an undisclosed location after the Ohio Bureau of Criminal Investigation and a pilot from the Butler County Sheriff’s Office helped search the area.
Investigators were able to find marijuana plants and paraphernalia at residential locations in Jackson and Washington Townships.
92 plants were seized in total, along with five pounds of processed marijuana.
The case is now in the hands of the Shelby County prosecutors for review.
