TROTWOOD, Ohio (WDTN) – Four teens are facing charges after a fight broke out at Trotwood-Madison High School on Monday.
The principal says three teens who do not attend the school came into the cafeteria and confronted a female student.
The School Resource Officer and staff stepped in to help break up the fight.
“I think they responded very well. They were right there and de-escalated and eliminated a lot of confusion pretty quickly,” says Principal Ray Caruthers. “Hats off to the Trotwood Police Department as well because of the support that they provided, too.”
Caruthers says the staff will do a review of what happened, and changes could be made to things like student drop-off areas.
No one was hurt during the incident.
