RIVERSIDE, Ohio (WDTN) — Three pepole are on the run after a crash in Riverside early Monday.
The Ohio State Highway Patrol says the crash happened around 2 a.m. Monday in front of the KFC on Linden Avenue.
OSP says a trooper saw a vehicle speeding on US-35, and turned around to pull over the vehicle. When the trooper found the vehicle, it had crashed into a tree in front of the KFC on Linden Avenue.
Troopers say there were four people inside the vehicle. Three of those people ran away, while one stayed at the scene.
There were no reports of injuries.
OSP says this is an active investigation. Charges are pending.
