DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) – A Dayton man has been indicted for a fatal shooting that took place September 4, 2018.
Timothy Delaney’s girlfriend was awakened by the sound of a gunshot on September 4.
Upon investigating, she found Delaney on the living room floor of their Midway Avenue home. He had been shot in the head.
Dayton Police determined that 18-year-old Bryant L. Lee had shot Delaney.
The Montgomery County Grand Jury indicted Lee Monday for:
- Two counts of Murder
- One count of Felonious Assault with a Deadly Weapon
- One count of Felonious Assault causing Serious Physical Harm
He is in custody in the Montgomery County Jail, being held on a $1 million bond.
He will be arraigned on September 20, 2018 at 8:30 am.
