Heat wave strikes Miami Valley

A heat wave is on the way.  A heat wave is considered 3 or more days of 90 degrees or higher.  We can look for highs in the 90s for the rest of the week and into the weekend. TODAY:  Mostly sunny, hot and humid.  High 92

TONIGHT:  Partly cloudy and muggy.  Low 73

FRIDAY:  Partly sunny, hot and humid with a chance of an afternoon or evening shower or thunderstorm.  High 93

The weekend starts off with continued hot and humid weather as highs climb into the 90s.  Lows will only be in the 70s.  Rain chances will increase on Sunday as a cold front approaches.  Temperatures finally drop a little bit early next week.
