Freezing rain advisory issued for much of the Miami Valley


DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) – Dayton Power and Light are already preparing for winter weather expected to impact the Miami Valley Friday night.

DP&L officials spoke with reporters Friday about how they will prepare.

The freezing rain advisory is in effect from 7 p.m. Friday to 1 p.m. Saturday, according to the National Weather Sevice. It says there could be an accumulation of a tenth of an inch of ice.
