DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) – The former doctor at Dayton Children’s Hospital accused of sex abuse charges was arraigned on Thursday.
Arun Aggarwal appeared on video for his arraignment in Montgomery County Common Pleas Court.
Aggarwal’s attorney entered a plea of not guilty on gross sexual imposition charges.
A judge set Aggarwal’s bond at $500,000.
Authorities brought Aggarwal back to Ohio on Wednesday.
According to the Montgomery County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office press release, The Southern Ohio Fugitive Apprehension Task Force and the U.S. Department of Homeland Security received a “hit” that Aggarwal, 40, of Cleveland was boarding an international flight and arrested him at the Dulles International Airport.
The U.S. Marshals and the Dayton Police Department brought Aggarwal from Washington, D.C. to Dayton where was booked in the Montgomery County Jail.

Aggarwal is accused of touching two teen patients inappropriately during medical exams.
