DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) – A Dayton man is indicted on charges related to the rape of a child.
The suspect, Jerry Mabberly, is accused of raping a child under the age of 10 for many years.
The abuse reportedly started as far back as August of 2010, said the Montgomery County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office.
He faces five counts of rape and two counts of unlawful sexual conduct with a minor.
Mabberly has previously faced charges of not paying child support and violating a protection order — a charge that stemmed from a domestic violence case.
As of Wednesday afternoon, Mabberly is not in custody.
