DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) – A Dayton man arrested for a 2010 cold case murder was indicted by a Montgomery County grand jury Monday.

Markus Henry was indicted on four counts of murder, two counts of aggravated robbery and two counts of felonious assault.

He is accused of stabbing a woman to death and leaving her body in the parking lot of the Dayton Job Center.

Resa Lee was killed in April 16, 2010. Henry was arrested June 26, 2015.

He’s being held in the Montgomery County Jail. He is scheduled for arraignment July 2.
