RIVERSIDE, Ohio (WDTN) – As thousands prepare to have their eyes on the sky, Carroll High School teachers are using the solar eclipse as a learning moment for students.
The school will have classes rotate to view the eclipse. Dozens of students will have the opportunity to view it with their physics teacher through safety glasses and a telescope.
Carroll High School science teacher Dr. Christina O’Malley answered questions and says the experience was a bonding moment for students and faculty.
The next Solar Eclipse will be in 2024 and Ohio will have one of the best views.
