CAKE:
1 cup dark chocolate 70 % cocoa
1 cup  baking sugar
1 cup all purpose flour
8 large organic eggs  separate
1 cup unsalted butter room temperature
1 packages vanilla sugar

FILLING:
6 tbs good apricot jam

GANACHE:
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1 cup dark chocolate 70 % cocoa
