In a 32 oz. mason jar, layer the above ingredients in the order they appear. Seal and freeze.
Prior to drinking, scrape ingredients into blender and add liquids and ice. Blend.
OR…blend all ingredients and fill only to 24 oz. to allow room for expansion. Pull out of freezer the night before and allow to thaw in refrigerator. Enjoy!
-1 cup organic pumpkin puree
-3 Medjool dates (pits removed and chopped)
-1 tablespoon organic almond butter
-2 tablespoons organic hemp hearts
-1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
-1/4 teaspoon ground or freshly grated ginger
-1/4 teaspoon turmeric
-2 tablespoons chopped pecans or walnuts
-1 cup organic spinach
-1 1/2 cups dairy free milk (organic unsweetened almond milk or organic coconut milk)
-1/2 cup filtered water
-1 cup ice
