DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN)– From Dayton’s rooftop to the Living Dayton Kitchen, Chef Jason with the Foundry featured their signature shrimp and grits this Friday!

Chef Jason combined their garlic marinated tail on shrimp, sautéed in a special red oil with house pickled shishito peppers and fresh minced garlic, served over a bed of creamy local Shagbark polenta and finished with green onions.
