Neydja PetitHomme

Neydja PetitHomme joined the WDTN-TV 2 NEWS team in July 2022 as a Weekend Anchor and Multimedia Journalist.

Prior to WDTN, PetitHomme spent a year and a half with ABC 10 in Ishpeming, Michigan as their Weekday Anchor and Reporter.

PetitHomme, a Florida native, graduated from the University of Miami in Coral Gables, where she earned a degree in News journalism with a concentration in Broadcast Journalism.

During her time at the University of Miami, PetitHomme played as point guard for the University of Miami Women’s Basketball team in the ACC with a full athletic scholarship. 

PetitHomme also interned at CBS News at its’ main headquarters in Manhattan New York, for the “News Path” department, where she shadowed National Correspondents before earning her Master of Business Administration, MBA.

PetitHomme is currently earning her Doctorate with a concentration in Finance and when she’s not reporting or studying, Neydja can be found going for a run, reading or playing chess.
