Madeline Ashley joined the 2 NEWS team as a multimedia journalist in January of 2021.
Originally from Martinsville, Indiana, Madeline is happy to be back in the Midwest. Before Dayton, Madeline worked as a multimedia journalist in Greenville, North Carolina for WNCT-TV.
Madeline received a Bachelor’s degree in communications, minoring in TV production at DePaul University in Chicago, IL. While in college, she gained experience in both radio and television. Madeline interned with SiriusXM Radio in both Los Angeles and New York City. She also gained television experience interning for ABC7 talk show Windy City Live and NBC Sports Chicago.
When off the desk, Madeline enjoys trying new restaurants, playing with her rescue dog Quinn, and exploring all that Dayton has to offer.
