Katie Shatsby joined the 2 NEWS team in December 2021 as a Digital Content Producer. Katie is a Dayton native, and she is excited to start her career in the Miami Valley.
Katie graduated from Wright State University with a degree in English, creative writing and a minor in music in 2021. During her time at Wright State, she was the Staff Photographer for the Wright State Guardian Media Group and she interned at the Mad River Review as a Managing Editor.
In her free time, Katie enjoys spending time with her husband and her beloved cats Wesley, Cosmo, Casper and Thena.
