GREENVILLE, Ohio (WDTN) - A man was seriously hurt in a golf cart crash Monday afternoon in Darke County.
The Darke County Sheriff's Office says Wayne Chinn, 32, of Bradford, was driving a golf cart at the Turtle Creek Golf Course around 2:30 pm.
They say he accidentally drove off of a steep drop at the end of the tenth tee box.
Chinn was able to jump off, but his passenger, Chad Feirstine, 27, of Greenville, was ejected half way down and fell to the bottom. The golf cart landed next to him in a waterway.
Feirstine was taken to Miami Valley Hospital via the Careflight helicopter with what medics described as serious injuries.
