Boston Marathon bombing suspect Dzhokhar Tsarnaev will be arraigned in federal court this afternoon. Tsarnaev was indicted on 30 counts last month, including conspiracy to use a weapon of mass destruction resulting in death. Three people were killed and more than 250 others were injured in the April 15th bombings.
