DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) - Surveillance cameras were rolling as a man robbed a Dayton gas station at gunpoint.
Just before 1:00 am on June 6, a man dressed in all dark clothing walked into a Dayton Shell gas station.
Almost immediately, he pulled out a handgun, walked toward the counter and told the clerk to hand over the cash.
The clerk opens the register, pulled out the entire cash drawer and handed it to the robber who grabbed it and made a quick get away on foot.
"The suspect is a black male wearing a dark colored hooded sweatshirt, black jeans, white shirt, blue bandana covering his face and white tennis shoes," said Detective Cayenne Canter, Dayton Police Department.
Police hope someone heard the suspect bragging about the crime or they know someone who knows the suspect.
