MIAMI COUNTY, Ohio (WDTN) - In Miami County it seemed the water was beginning to recede along roadways.
Most of the water on S.r. 48 just south of Covington was starting to go down, however, the road was still closed.
Rescue crews were called out overnight to rescue a couple whose car managed to be swallowed up by water on the road.
Drivers can get a ticket for driving through the closed area.
Officials are keeping the roads closed until they establish just how deep the water is.
