PAMPLONA, Spain (NBC/EBU) - Wednesday's running of the bulls at the San Fermin Festival was the fastest so far this year.
It took two minutes and 14 seconds to complete the run through the Spanish city of Pamplona.
Thrill-seekers raced alongside Victoriano-del-Rio bulls, which have produced very fast runnings in their three previous participations at the festival.
Wednesday was no exception.
The pack of bulls ran tightly together throughout the length of the course. They knocked over some of the runners, but no one was gored.
Although two runners were taken to the hospital for treatment, no one was seriously injured.
This year, they will help 13 families in need buy toys, clothing and other items.
