Dayton (WDTN) - Only 2 news cameras are there to capture this video of the now captured Terrence Snowden. Handcuffed and shackled, he ends more than three years on the run by shuffling into the Montgomery County jail... not happy to be back in the limelight.
"Not done yet?"
Snowden has been a wanted man since March 2009 when two people were fatally shot in the Dayton View neighborhood in the 500 block of north Broadway.
Medics found 27-year-old Dennis Glover and 39-year-old Gerald Brown lying on the living room floor. Police weren't sure of a motive, but suspected a fight that was reported minutes before a few blocks away, could have led to the gunfire.
Sgt. Joe Keller said, "One of our crews caught up with a guy that fit the general description, but there was no gun found or anything, while we were talking to him we got another call, 2 more calls, about this address, here 2 guys shot inside."
As the search for Snowden intensified, he was featured on electronic billboards... and on Monday's most wanted here on 2 News.
Two weeks ago, U.S. Marshals finally tracked him down in South Carolina... and tonight, he was back on 2 News again... only this time.. in the flesh.
The family of Dione Payne, the 16-year-old who died after police say he was attacked by two men, are seeking the death penalty.
