SPRINGBORO, Ohio (WDTN) - The Springboro School Board was forced to move Tuesday evening's meeting to the high school auditorium.
A packed house once again showed up to support high school principal, Dr. Ronald Malone. Supporters want to be sure that the issue to move Dr. Malone does not return to discussion at future school board meetings.
The superintendent reversed a recommendation at the last meeting on March 15th that would have moved Malone to the central office. Superintendent Gene Lolli proposed that Malone work on special projects, but critics hated the idea.
The superintendent recanted the recommendation partly based on parents' and students' reactions. Tuesday night's meeting was a follow up to that meeting.
