GREENE Co., Ohio (WDTN) - The Ohio State Highway Patrol just released the cruiser cam video of the arrest of a state representative from Greene County.
The tape shows Congressman Jarrod Martin talking with troopers during a traffic stop a week ago.
Martin had children in the car with him at the time. He refused a field sobriety test.
Martin says he will fight the OVI charges against him.
In the meantime, the Columbus Dispatch has obtained highway patrol records that show troopers found an intoxicated Martin passed out on a vehicle in the parking garage near the Ohio Statehouse in March of 2010.
He was treated by a medic and sent home with a friend. He was not charged or cited.
