CLEVELAND, Ohio (WDTN) - An Statewide Amber Alert has been issued out of Cuyahoga County has been cancelled. The child has been recovered.
Be on the lookout for a missing or abducted child from last seen on 3734 west Blvd. in the city of Cleveland at 4 p.m. on June 30.
The child was taken by a non-custodial father. The suspect is believed to be a meth addict and is paranoid with violent tendencies. He made statements that he was headed to California.
The suspect is believed to be driving a gold 2003 Oldsmobile Silhouette SW with Ohio license plate FOA 3605.
The child's name is Kevin J. Criss, age 8 years old. He is a white male, height 4' 2", weighing 65 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes. The child was last seen 3734 West Blvd., Cleveland, Ohio wearing a blue Cleveland Indians t-shirt and dark blue shorts
The suspect's name is Kevin Criss.
He is a white male approximately 34 years old with brown hair, brown eyes; Height 5' 10"; Weight 175 pounds.
