DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) - Two OVI checkpoints will be in place tonight.
The Ohio State Highway Patrol’s Dayton Post, in conjunction with local police will conduct a low-manpower OVI checkpoint from 8 p.m. to 12 a.m. on US 40, in the City of Vandalia.
In Clark County, an OVI checkpoint will be held from 7:30 pm to 11:00 pm on Upper Valley Pike.
The checkpoints will also be held in conjunction with nearby saturation patrols to aggressively combat alcohol related injury and fatal crashes.
An accident on Interstate 75 is blocking northbound traffic.
