CELINA, Ohio (WDTN) - The Mercer County man accused of killing his girlfriend pleaded guilty Friday to the crime.
The court confirms Daniel Martin admitted shooting and killing 26 year old Melinda Shinn in November 2012.
It is part of a plea deal that comes with 15 years to life behind bars, along with an additional three year sentence for using a firearm during the crime.
Martin will be sentenced June 27.
