FT. RECOVERY, Ohio (WDTN) - A teenager accused of killing a Mercer County man and his daughter went before a judge Tuesday.
Trevin Sanders-Roark, 19, pleaded not guilty.
He is charged in the deaths of Robert Grube and his daughter, Colleen, who were found duct taped and shot in their Fort Recovery home in November 2011.
Detective Doug Timmerman says Sanders-Roark told him he was not alone that night.
The detective says Sanders-Roark admitted he and three others got high on meth before the deadly shooting.
Bryant Rhoades is charged with obstruction of justice in the case.
No one else has been charged.
