CELINA, Ohio (WDTN) - The Mercer County Sheriff's Office will host a drug take back event this weekend.
The free service will be held in the parking lot of the Mercer County Detention Facility on State Route 29, Saturday from 10:00 am until 2:00 pm.
Syringes and liquids will not be accepted.
The sheriff's office says more than 240 tons of prescription drugs were turned in during a nationwide event in September 2012.
