FRANKLIN, Ohio (WDTN) - About a dozen folks gathered in Franklin Sunday to turn the town teal for ovarian cancer awareness.
Starting at 10 a.m., volunteers canvassed North Main Street and tied teal ribbons to trees and stuck signs in the ground.
The group's effort is part of a national campaign to promote awareness of ovarian cancer and its symptoms.
