LEBANON, Ohio (WDTN) - The man accused of holding officers at bay in Butler Township Wednesday will be in court Friday for a separate incident.
David Davis is being held in Warren County right now on an outstanding warrant for violating a protection order. That charge was filed in Lebanon Municipal Court.
He'll face a judge on those charges Friday.
Butler Township police say he tried to force his girlfriend, a former Dayton police officer, to shoot him inside a home on Reinwood Drive Wednesday.
He was arrested a short time later at his home on Quinby Lane. Charges in that case are pending.
