WAYNESVILLE, Ohio (WDTN) - A Waynesville landlord who is accused of whipping a tenant is now accused of spanking a mentally disabled man.

The new accuser says Kronenberger hit him with a belt and a paddle in his office at a supermarket.
Police say they have no record of that second incident.
Police will be meeting with prosecutors in the "near future" to determine what charges a person of interest will face in connection with Tuesday's shooting in West Carrollton, officials there announced.
Firefighters were called to an east Dayton home Friday morning.
