LEBANON, Ohio (WDTN) - A Warren County woman changed her plea in a murder for hire plot.
2 NEWS has confirmed Heather Boling, 28, pleaded not guilty by reason of insanity.
She is charged with conspiracy to commit aggravated murder and money laundering.
