FRANKLIN, Ohio (WDTN) - Several Franklin residents were told to stay inside Monday night until a gas leak was shut off.
Duke Energy crews and Franklin firefighters spent about an hour getting the leak stopped on Decker Road near Shaker Road.
They were alerted to the problem around 8:30 pm. Police told the residents to stay inside and keep the doors and windows closed.
No one was hurt. Why the leak happened is under investigation.
An accident on Interstate 75 is blocking northbound traffic.
