SIDNEY, Ohio (WDTN) - A 17-year-old is dead and two others are injured following a two-car collision in Sidney Sunday morning.
The President of Lehman Catholic High School in Sidney confirmed that Patrick Pudlewski, a junior, was killed in the accident.
According to Sidney Police, a truck and car collided in the 2400 block of West Michigan Street around 10:20 a.m.
Police stated one of the vehicles was traveling west on Michigan Street and struck the other vehicle that was pulling out of the Wal-Mart drive.
Patrick Pudlewski was pronounced dead at the scene. Officers said two other victims were initially taken to Wilson Memorial Hospital.
The President of Lehman Catholic High School said Pudlewski's dad was one of the other victims. He is in critical condition.
Police said the accident did not appear to be weather-related.
Sidney Police are still investigating the accident.
